Episode 38 features singer songwriter Jarrod Quarrell.

Jarrod has been making music since his teens, playing in various punk bands through his youth and 20s before releasing albums Ex Tropical (2011) and You Yang (2016) under the guise Lost Animal alongside Shags Chamberlain. 

On this episode Jarrod speaks on getting clean, nature, recording new music, his writing process, keeping a clean mind, meditation, moving away from the city and more.
